Label honesty
Headline and link must match the destination. No bait-and-switch.
Financial & gambling claims
No guaranteed returns
No risk-free / “can’t lose” language, fixed payouts, or specific dollar or percentage gains a user “will” make. No “guaranteed,” “risk-free,” “100%,” or “sure thing.”
No get-rich-quick
No income-claim framing — “quit your job,” “passive income,” “turn $X into $Y,” or testimonial earnings screenshots presented as typical results.
No unlicensed advice or signals
No selling “picks,” “signals,” “insider info,” or managed-money / “I’ll trade for you” services.
No gambling or sportsbook
No casino, sportsbook, or loot-box advertising. We keep a hard line between prediction markets as analysis and gambling.
No token promotion
No crypto-token promotion, presales, or “next big coin” pumps.
No targeting minors

Our discretion
We may reject or remove any ad at our discretion, including after approval, with a pro-rated refund of the unused time. No list of rules is exhaustive.
Claims must be substantiated
If your creative states a fact (e.g. “most accurate forecaster”), we may ask for proof before it runs. Unverifiable claims won’t be approved.
Not a broker or endorsement
Probologist is a discussion platform, not a broker or exchange, and does not endorse advertised products or their claims.
How it works
1 · Submit
Create your ad and pick a surface. It enters review as a draft. Free to submit.
2 · Review
We check the creative against the guidelines above.
3 · Go live
Once we approve it, head to your ads management page (Your ads) — you’ll have the option to subscribe and pay via Stripe to activate the slot. Monthly, and you can cancel any time. (Sidebar only: if all 20 slots are full, your ad stays approved and you go live when one opens.)
4 · Edit
Editing re-enters review and keeps your existing subscription — you’re never charged twice. A live ad pauses serving until it’s re-approved.
5 · Cancel
Cancel any time from your ads management page. The subscription stops immediately and the ad is pulled — manage payment and invoices in the Stripe billing portal.
