SpaceX will probably launch their 13th flight before August 1st

I'm trading on kalshi but this is in the same event. Why did I choose to trade this? The FAA’s current operations plan lists Flight 13 with July 23 as the primary date and July 24 as the backup date. That shows the airspace and operational planning are actively in place so it's not a normal aspirational scheduling piece. The larger regulatory obstacle is already cleared: the FAA closed the Flight 12 investigation on July 13 and stated "Flight 13 could proceed once normal safety and licensing requirements are met." RISKS: The 13th rocket attempted launch on July 16th however four of the booster’s 33 engines reportedly failed to ignite causing an automatic abort after the other engines had started. SpaceX planned to replace at least two engines.
